Whole family loves going to Franks! We drive here from Tracy to enjoy breakfast since we found this spot last year. Can’t go wrong with a basic all American breakfast and Mexican hot chocolate! I believe even the orange juice is fresh. We sat outside this last weekend and it was nice and warm with the overhead heaters. Service is always great! Some times it can get really busy especially inside as it is a smaller place. I think it just depends on the time you go, so get there early like we did!

I love this place, I love their food, and I love Frank! I lived in Manteca in the 1990s and I used to work at a restaurant that Frank owned. I started there right after he sold the place so I didn’t get to work with him personally. I love going to his restaurant now from my home in the Bay Area when I visit friends in Manteca. This is one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! I have to pass through Manteca on Saturday on my way to Fresno and I am definitely stopping at Frank’s for breakfast and to get a big hug!

The food here is good. Solid salads, burgers, and breakfast foods. I think the photos speak for themselves. My daughter loved her PB shake and burger. My husband loved the homestyle potatoes. My rib eye steak on the salad was tender and juicy with a good amount of seasoning. Mybonly regret was not ordering the rib eye on the side as I lost some of the flavor mixed in with the salad. Very cozy little space. It does get a bit crowded but the wait time was not terrible. The owner is very personable and I very much enjoyed the level of customer service.

I didn’t get to meet Frank, but wow—this café was busy, friendly, and delicious. Very happy I chose it. I had the half-pound ham and eggs and it was perfect.

First time coming here for breakfast. From the time we parked in front of the restaurant, we were welcomed and invited to come in by one of the staff. We were seated immediately and served by Bryan. Food was good and service was fast and courteous. It's a small restaurant, but very popular and busy.
